自然、カラダと五感、テクノロジーを使いこなし、 仲間と共に 生きる力を 育むための 「デジタル時代のガキ大将」養成キャンプです。 デジタルガキ大将キャンプとは？ 自然の中で、火・ナイフ・様々な道具とデジタルを使い遊び、 ソウゾウリョクを育む野外体験型キャンププログラムです。 ■AIが人間の知能を超える日（シンギュラリティ）が、もうすぐやって来ると予想されています。ここから先は、まだ誰も経験したことのない環境や社会です。 ■デジタルを操る知識はもちろん必要ですが、大切なのは、火も、ナイフも、テントも、AIを含むデジタルツールも、あくまでも手段でしかありません。大切なのは、それらを使いこなし、自分たちの新しい未来を創りだし、どんな環境でも自分たちの得意を最大限発揮できる知性と意志の基礎・基盤を育むこと。本質的に考え抜くタフな思考体力と、違った価値を持つ多様な仲間たちと、フェアで愉快に具体的な夢のイメージ（想像力）を共有して進んで実践していくチカラの素を蓄えていくことだと考えています。だからこそ、シンギュラリティを迎えるであろう時代に大人として社会を支えていく日本のデジタルネイティブ世代の子供たちが、仲間と一緒にどんな環境でも逞しく愉快に想像力・想像力をもって未来をデザインしていく「デジタル時代のガキ大将」になり、日本から世界に飛び出していってほしい。あらゆる産業を塗り替える現代のルネサンスを起こしてほしい。 ■そんな想いから、仲間とともに先の見えない海原を進む羅針盤として優しさも厳しさもわかる血の通った想像力と創造力を身に着けた新しい人づくりが急務である現状をにらみつつ、「トヨタ白川郷自然学校」「ハローウッズ」「無印良品キャンプ場」をはじめとした自然豊かなフィールドで、必ず未来の仲間たちが将来何かの役に立つことを願って、　新しい体験を提供するキャンププログラムを、2016年から 開催しています。 Digital Gaki Taisho Camp (The Adventure Camp For Digital Native Kids) In a society, 20 years from now, where technologies unimaginable to today's adults have become commonplace, we envision children leading the way creatively and innovatively, pioneering new values with their peers. The outcomes of education take time to manifest; hence, our "Digital Era Gaki Taisho" training camp focuses on nurturing the ability to live harmoniously with nature, utilizing the body and senses, and mastering technology in collaboration with others. We believe in expanding the conventional education paradigm for future leaders beyond the confines of traditional schooling. Since 2016, we have been actively involved in crafting a curriculum that incorporates playing with fire, various tools, and digital devices in nature, fostering the power of imagination and the essential skills needed for living in the digital age. We aim to blur the lines between nature and technology, as we believe that true insight and creativity arise from the harmonious coexistence of these two realms. The wisdom derived from both worlds is and will continue to be the source of new understanding. Children need the power to comprehend and utilize both these aspects of life. The answers to how we survive are present in the stoic and enduring nature that stands before us. By engaging in conversations with nature, children can learn how to live. Simultaneously experiencing and observing the real within nature, combined with learning through digital tools, will empower children to expand their possibilities and confidently face the challenges of the future. We aspire to assist future children in developing broad perspectives, profound analytical skills, and the ability to harmonize nature and technology. 戻る デジタルガキ大将キャンプが目指すリーダーシップ。 What is the leadership that the DigiGaki Camp aims to foster? デジタルガキ大将キャンプは、次世代のリーダー育成を目的とし、子供たちが自然体験とデジタルツールを通じて学ぶ場を提供しています。 その中で育まれるリーダーシップとは、特別なスキルや経験に依存するものではなく、 純粋な問題意識を持ち、少しの勇気を持って行動に移す力に重点を置いています。 特別な才能やスキルを必要とせず、日常の中で感じる違和感を尊重し、 それに対して行動を起こす勇気を育むことを目的としています。 自然体験やデジタルツールを組み合わせた仲間との学びを通じて、 子供たちが自ら考え行動するリーダーシップの本質を理解し、 実際の生活や未来の社会で活躍できる力を養います。 リーダーシップは、特別な才能が必要なものではなく、誰にでもできるものです。 重要なのは「ほんの少しの勇気」を持って行動を起こすことです。 このキャンプでは、子供たちが身近な問題を解決するための少しの勇気が チームや周囲に大きな影響を与えることを体験を通じて学びます。 The leadership that the DigiGaki Camp aims to foster is different from traditional notions of leadership. At its core, this leadership is about recognizing problems or discomfort in everyday life and having the courage to take action. 1. Leadership through small acts of courage The leadership we aim to develop starts with having "just a little bit of courage." Even for small issues, the ability to take action on the discomfort or problems you notice can create a significant impact on those around you. In this camp, children are encouraged to think and act on their own, allowing them to grasp the essence of leadership through firsthand experience. 2. Autonomy and initiative in problem-solving This camp emphasizes autonomy in problem-solving. Through team activities that combine nature experiences and digital tools, children face challenges and learn how to address them using their own abilities. This process helps them naturally develop leadership qualities, such as guiding others and working together, while taking responsibility for identifying problems and solving them as a team. 3. Leadership through collaboration with diverse peers Leadership is not about standing out on your own, but rather about working collaboratively with others who have different perspectives and strengths.
